Gift Cards:True Beautie Aesthetic Gift Cards are redeemable for purchases in-store at True Beautie Aesthetic locations. Gift Cards should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. The available balance can be verified upon request or at the time of purchase in-store. No change will be provided for purchases below the Gift Card value, and any remaining balance can be used for future purchases at True Beautie Aesthetic. Gift Cards expire 24 months after the date of issue. The complete Gift Card policy of True Beautie Aesthetic is stated below and is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

Return & Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
Services Provided: All services rendered by True Beautie Aesthetic, including but not limited to skincare treatments, aesthetic procedures, and consultations, are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Packages
Pre-Paid Packages: All pre-paid packages or treatment plans purchased from True Beautie Aesthetic are non-refundable. Once a package has been purchased, it is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

3. Product Returns
Product Sales Final: All sales of products (such as skincare products or other retail items) are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, clients must notify True Beautie Aesthetic within [14] days of purchase. A replacement product will be provided, or a store credit will be issued, at the discretion of True Beautie Aesthetic.
